Shipping & Product Availability
Most shipments are through United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you’re interested in using another carrier (UPS/FedEx), please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. All orders of in stock inventory will be shipped within three business days of being placed. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M (EST) will be processed the next business day. International shipping information is available upon request.
Item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock it will require additional production time.
Shopping Cart
Items placed in the cart will not guarantee availably for purchase. Items in the cart without final purchase completion risk becoming sold out or backordered and may no longer be available for shipping. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with each purchase from Raon Golf Supply CO. LTD. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept the return of any new, unused items in its original condition. The product must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent from being sold as new. Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days of original shipment date with proof of purchase. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment in its original condition. Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Raon Golf Supply CO. LTD. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement, compensation, or loss of return packages. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Vermont at the local tax rate.
